In order to regulate our company's after-sales service, a clear and transparent service agreements been developed, in order to provide customers online/ on screen after-sale customer support and protect consumers right and the company interest.

This after sale service support is applicable to all TIEM end products

Service method


Our service policy is to provide customer service support through a nationwide after-sales service network, which composed of display repair centres distributed throughout the country. All TIEM’s products (monitor screens and all-in-one devices) come with nationwide warranty, include country approved three-way warranty scheme. When you found out your TIEM products are having issue, which is within the country’s 3-way warranty scheme, regardless of where in Mainland China (excl Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) you purchased your TIEM products and used them within mainland China, please contact TIEM’s nationwide customer service helpline: 400 0980 888 or access TIEM’s website: www.tiemu.com to report your warranty repair request and we are always ready to provide you the best service.


Service Standards

Machines manufacturing date can be identified by the barcode on each machine: exchange/ repairs within 3 months of purchase (guarantee second hand value), more than 3-months purchase repair. LED display monitor 3-year warranty (in consideration of the possibility of damage caused by warehousing condition, and in case there is consumers’ disagreement, we will refer to the date the LED display monitor delivered to consumers as the date when warranty duration begins) our promises as below:

Exchange/ Repairs within 3-month of purchase


TIEM will perform the warranty exchange or repair for any products which are found with wrong brand or model shipped and proved that this purchase still within the 3-month period. (note: exchange/ repair guarantees second hand sale, and will be dealt with as new standard. For the exchange/ repair of display screens, the following requirements need to be followed, otherwise will be treated as normal repair): 

No human made damage found on display screen, outer shell and packaging (if human made damage found on display screen and outer shell, we will claim the repair cost from customer before starting the warranty repair work);
